Join our dedicated Board of Trustees and help us shape the future of the Mowmacre Playground - a beloved, community-led "Open Access" play facility serving the diverse families of the Abbey Ward in Leicester.
By providing free, indoor and outdoor play opportunities, supervised by skilled Playworkers, we offer a vital lifeline for local children to explore, learn, and thrive.
As one of the 5% most disadvantaged areas in the UK, our community needs your expertise and compassion more than ever.
We're seeking dynamic individuals to strengthen our board and guide our organisation through an evolving landscape of challenges and opportunities. If you possess expertise in any of the following areas, we'd love to hear from you:
- Fundraising and donor relations
- Financial management and strategic planning
- Advocacy for special educational needs and disability
- Advocacy for Inclusion and Integration
- Understanding of the issues facing local families and children
